Comes with 2 fittings , the fittings are MALE 3/4" NPT thread on both ends . The KIT arrives with the brass connectors hand tightened , they are attached but not tightened or fixed. This is so that before fixing them to the existing network, you can remove them, apply a little pipe dope sealant on the tapered threads , and affix the threaded part to the existing gas network (no pipe dope necessary on the swivel nut or threads), ....then reconnect the pipe and secure tight the swivel nut. Not having the connectors tightened also makes sense though as depending on your application you can feed the hose through 1/2" holes through walls, etc. and once in place, then apply the connectors (which are large nuts).
