This squirrel feeder is made using hand selected Western Red Cedar known for its resistance to rot and insects to give you years of enjoyment. It has a screw on 1/2 gallon mason jar. Because the jar screws in place it makes it hard for squirrels or other visitors to knock it off the feeder and if it ever does accidentally break a replacement can be picked up at any store that sells canning supplies. After mounting the feeder with supplied screws all you need to do is add your choice of feed (peanuts, sunflower seed, corn. or a mix) and screw the jar into the metal ring that is attached to the opening.
