Turn off and Re-insert the Nano USB receiver (make sure the computer recognizes it correctly)
Press and hold the Esc Q buttons on the keyboard simultaneously and do not release them. The indicator part is near the receiver.
Turn on the power and, after three seconds, release the Esc Q key. The keyboard and the connect is successful.
Mouse:
Turn off and Re-insert the Nano USB receiver
